Considering Prime Ministerial Order No. 005/GPM/IV/09, of February 24, on the conditions and procedures to be observed when importing and marketing cars.
The collection of administrative fees is necessary for the proper execution of services and also for the adequate control of the national vehicle fleet by the National Land Transport Directorate. The Government, through the Minister for Infrastructure, hereby orders, under the powers conferred by under the powers conferred by Decree-Law No. 7/2007, of September 5th, which deals with the Organic Law of the IV Constitutional Government, to publish the following statute
