Decree-Law No. 36/2012 on Regulating Import/Export of any Substance Damaging Ozone Layer
This diploma establishes the rules for licensing of imports and exports of substances that deplete the ozone layer with a view to protecting the environment and the implementation of the internal legal order of the guidelines contained in the Vienna Convention for the protection of the ozone layer and the Montreal Protocol for the reduction substances that deplete the ozone layer.
