Ministerial Diploma No. 5/2021 of the 27th of January on Types Of Tariffs And Fees Due For Services Provided By The Authority Customs And Respective Amounts
This diploma regulates, under the terms of the Customs Code and the Organic Statute of the Customs Authority, the types of emoluments and fees to be charged by the Customs Authority for the provision of services performed at the request of the interested party, and respective amounts, in accordance with the provisions of the Annex to this diploma, which forms an integral part thereof.
